Job description

Ø To monitor and supervise Technician during working hours.

Ø To monitor all the vendor and contractor related to Facilities Department during their visit and doing Service and Maintenance at TREC.

Ø To inspect facilities equipment everyday and prepare the checklist, report to Facilities Manager for any abnormal situation.

Ø To ensure that the electrical installation are in functional order by conducting frequent inspection and report to Facilities Manager

Ø To conduct checks weekly on the water pumps, motor and other electrical/mechanical equipment.

Ø To attend and follow-up on complaints that made by the Tenants related to air-conditioning, plumbing and other building M & E related matter in the building.

Ø To assist Facilities Team in carry out general facilities services as and when required.

Ø To assist in the Building’s yearly fire drill exercise and with ERT Team.

Ø Responsible for building related M & E works, basic electrical and plumbing job.

Ø To check Phase 1 and Phase 2 water tanks

Ø To check all water/electrical riser rooms.

Ø To check common area stair cases lightning/street lights

Ø To check Perimeter Fencing

Ø To update maintenance inventory stock.

Ø To take monthly water reading for Tenants Outlet

Ø To take charge on Housekeeping related matters and daily cleaning job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 – RM3,000.00 per month
